RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 48hours of receiving your delivery by emailing

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our policy is strictly 48 hours upon receiving.
If upon evaluation a refund is applicable, the item first needs to be returned - only once the item has been delivered back to us unbroken will the item be refunded in full, with cost of return shipping included.
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. As we cannot advise on specific charges, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for more information on potential fees.
